Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Publishes Final CEII Regulations
Last month, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission published its final Regulations Implementing FAST Act Section 61003-Critical Electric Infrastructure Security and Amending Critical Energy Infrastructure Information.
